3. Include a pre-paid return shipping label in the package.

4. We’ll notify you only if their is a question or an issue. When you send the doll and return paid shipping label, you should designate delivery confirmation so that you know it has been received by us.

5. After customization, your doll will be carefully placed back within the packaging you provided, it will be sealed up and sent back to you via the "paid return shipping label" that we received along with the doll. This method also ensures you will have that tracking information as well. Typical turn around time is 7-10 days from date of receipt. If a delay is expected we typically contact you via to let you know, unless of course it’s over a holiday in which case you can add that day or two to your expected return.
